A quick pasta for lunch.
This makes two bowls.

3 sausages
1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
125g mushrooms
75 ml Water
350g jar tomato pasta sauce
150g penne pasta
grated cheese
salt
Hob

Wash Hands.
Weigh the mushrooms and pasta.
Wash the mushrooms.
Cut the mushrooms and sausages into small pieces.
Put the pot on the hob and turn on the heat.
Put the sausages and fennel seeds into the pot.
Fry for 2-3 mins until it turns brown and stir well.
Add the mushrooms.
Cook until they start to get soft.
Pour in the water. Let it bubble for 1 min.
Put the tomato sauce into the frying pan.
While the sauce is cooking, fill the pot with water.
Add a pinch of salt.
Put the heat to high, until the water boils (bubbles form).
Put the pasta in the pot.
Cook it for 8 - 10 minutes, stirring from time to time.
The pasta is ready when it's soft, but holds its shape.
When the pasta is ready, drain the water.
Put the pasta into the tomato sauce.
Stir until the pasta is all covered with the sauce.
Put it into two bowls.
Sprinkle the cheese on top.
Enjoy your pasta!
