This is a no-cook breakfast option.
This makes 1 bowl of overnight oats.
50 grams Oats
2 tablespoons Yoghurt
150ml Milk
1/2 teaspoon CinnamonĀ
A small handful of fresh or frozen fruit, about 30g
1 teaspoon honey
Small Bowl
Spoon
Weighing Scales
Measuring Spoons
Fridge
Measure out all the ingredients. Put into a small bowl.
Use a spoon to mix ingredients.
Put the small bowl in the fridge overnight.
Take overnight oats out of the fridge. Enjoy!
Leftover oats can go in the fridge for a few days.
Use any fruit or berries that you have.
Put any waste from the fruit into the brown bin/compost bin.
