7 Easy to Chew
1 Carrot
1 Pepper
Half of an onion
A handful of Cabbage
2 nests of egg noodles
1 chicken breast
1 packet Stir fry sauce
Knife
Chopping board
Peeler
Pot
Timer
Cooker
Pan
Wooden spoon
Colander
2 bowls
Plate
Chop the pepper into strips
Chop the onion into strips
Peel the carrot with the peeler
Chop the carrot into strips
Chop the cabbage into strips
Cut the chicken into small strips
Fill up a pot with water
Add the egg noodles to the pot of water
Turn on the cooker to medium heat
Set a timer for 6 minutes
Once the timer goes off turn off the cooker
Put the oil in the pan
Turn on the cooker to high heat
Put the chicken into the pan
Cook the chicken until the inside is white
Put the chicken onto a plate
Add all the vegetables to the pan.
Set a timer for 8 minutes
Stir the vegetables in the pan until the timer goes off.
Put the colander in the sink.
Pour the noodles into the colander.
Put the noodles into the pan with the vegetables
Add the chicken into the pan
Add the sauce to the pan
Stir everything together
Put the stir fry into 2 bowls
Enjoy!
Put any vegetable scraps into the brown bin/compost bin
Put any leftover stir-fry into the fridge.
If you don't have any of the vegetables in the recipe,
You can use whatever you have.
