200g Flour
50g Oats
1 teaspoon Baking powder
150g Blueberries
125g Honey
2 Eggs
155g Yogurt
100g Butter
3 tablespoons of milk

Small bowl
Muffin Tin

Weighing scales

Spoon
Set the oven to 200 degrees.
Weigh out all the ingredients using the weighing scales.
Put the butter in the small bowl.
Put the butter in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Put the flour and baking powder in the big bowl.
Put the oats into the big bowl.
Pour the butter into the big bowl.
Crack the 2 eggs into the small bowl.
Mix the eggs with the fork
Pour the eggs into the big bowl.
Put the yogurt in the big bowl.
Pour the honey into the big bowl.
Mix everything together with the wooden spoon.
Put the blueberries into the big bowl and mix them in.
Put the muffin cases into the muffin tin.
Put 1 spoon of the mixture into each muffin case.
Put the muffin tin into the oven.

Set a timer for 10 minutes.
When the timer goes off, take the muffins out of the oven.

Let the muffins cool for 15 minutes

Put the egg shells into the brown bin/compost bin.
Use reusable muffin cases.
Put leftover muffins in the freezer.
When you want a muffin take it out of the freezer and let it defrost.
If you don't have blueberries you can use any other berries you have.
